Represents a long term, stable source of funding for St. Frances Cabrini Parish. Contributions to the fund will never be spent, only the interest is available to be used for projects.
Contributions may be made in many ways… Memorials…Honorariums… Bequeths… or outright gifts. All contributions are tax-free.
In 2012, the Endowment Board of Directors announced a new program that was undertaken. Starting with January 1, 2011, the name of everyone who either was named in a memorial or honorarium as well as their donor will be placed in a Memorial Registry. Four times per year, once each quarter, a Mass will be offered for those whose names are contained in the Memorial Registry. This is an excellent way to provide that a perpetual Mass will be said for your loved ones as well as yourself. The following is the list of new entries into the Memorial Register for the first six months of 2013.
In the past years, the Endowment has been able to provide almost $50,000 for various projects around the parish. This year the Endowment paid the major portion of the repair to the church heating system, which amounted to $4950.
Envelopes are available at the back of church. In addition, many of the area funeral homes also have St. Frances Cabrini Endowment envelopes available.
