This ministry is open to Confirmed, practicing Catholics who have a deep love for the Eucharist. A Eucharistic Minister is commissioned to serve the Body and Blood of Christ at our Eucharistic celebrations. They are trained and assigned to their respective services by a coordinator.

Eucharistic Visits to the Sick, Homebound and Hospitalized
This practice includes taking the Eucharist to the parishioners who reside in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or in their own homes and unable to attend mass. It involves sharing in prayer and the word of God during these visits.
Please notify the parish office 440-277-7266 to request that the Eucharist be brought to homes of the sick, hospitalized and homebound.
